 | Our Commitment

From the outset, we have set ourselves standards to run the type of sustainable growth business we would want others to aspire to. Our principles include:
• Workplace
We believe wholeheartedly in creating an open and inspiring workplace where life-work balance is important as a measure of success and people are supported and trained.
• Community:
We aim to undertake 20% of our paid work for non-for-profit organisations at 20% of our usual fee rates; we call it our 20/20 commitment. We further commit time for pro-bono work to help smaller, local and national charities.
• Environment:
We commit to running a carbon-neutral organization, through impact reduction and offset schemes, for example, we commit to using public transport wherever possible, and only flying where there is no viable alternative. We offset all airline travel via approved schemes and expect our clients to do the same.
