Lucy co-founded Brand Legacy in 2008 and since then has been exploring ways to create sustainable growth strategies for brands.

She has over 20 years of blue-chip marketing experience, working on a diverse range of brands and sectors across Europe and around the world. She specialises in brand positioning and strategy, portfolio strategy and innovation. She began her career as a brand manager at Diageo, and was at Added Value for 12 years, where she was CEO of the UK business.

Lucy speaks fluent French and German, having studied both languages and worked for over 6 years in both France and Germany.

Abi has over 20 years experience in market research including both agency and clientside roles.

Abi has moderated groups on everything from radio to ready meals to rainforests.

Prior to joining Brand Legacy in 2015, Abi worked as an Insight Director with brand consultancy Reveal Solutions for over 6 years.

Abi was also previously an Insight Director at Added Value and has held senior insight roles at ICI Paints, Bristol-Myers Squibb pharmaceuticals, The Henley Centre and also Research International, where she began her career.

Abi speaks French and Spanish.
